Q.  What is 405 Loft's return policy?

A.  RETURNS 

Thank you for your order! Although we hope you don’t need to return anything, we know sometimes things don’t work out. We are more than happy to do a refund for exchange or store credit. No cash refunds will be issued.
  • You can return items for store credit within 14 days of the original purchase (in store) or 14 days of package being delivered (online).
  • No cash refunds will be issued. ~ exchange or store credit only.
  • Return shipping and handling is the customer’s responsibility and shipping charges on the original purchase will not be credited back to you. You may return to us via the carrier of your choice, but we recommend obtaining tracking on your package. We are not responsible for lost packages.
  • Customers using the Sezzle payment method will not be refunded the 6% transaction fees and will follow all store (405 Loft) return policies.
  • Merchandise must be in original condition, including original packaging and tags attached for in store purchases. Shoes must not be worn outside and must be returned in their original shoe box. All shoe returns must be returned in another shipping box/bag to avoid damage to the original packaging. Do not tape or attach shipping labels on the original shoe box. 
  • All returned items must be free of strong odors or perfumes.
  • All, Pre-Order, Special Order, SALE merchandise, jewelry, eyewear, headwear, camis, leggings, bralettes, gift cards and all special orders are Final Sale and cannot be returned
  • We reserve the right to reject any item returned to us. Any items that appear to have been worn, altered, have had the tags removed or are received by us after the return period will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
  • We will notify you via email of the online credit (gift card code) once we receive and process the return. Please allow up to 4 business days for returns to be processed. *Please allow additional time during holidays for returns to be processed

Q.  I forgot to add the discount code at checkout.  Can I get the discount applied even though I already checked out?

A.  No, discount codes must be surrendered at the time of checkout.

 

Q. I have two discount codes for 405 Loft.  Can I use both of them at checkout? 

A.  No, we only accept 1 discount code per transaction.  Feel free to use the second discount code on an additional shopping trip with us!  Our inventory is always changing!

 

Q.  Does 405 Loft ship?

A.  Yes 

ONCE ORDER IS PLACED YOU'LL RECEIVE CONFIRMATION OF SHIPPING PICK UP TIME OR RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER. Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. Defective orders need to be addressed immediately by contacting our team.

Please allow us 1-3 business days to process your order after received online. Orders will ship by USPS once processed. If you order a back-ordered item, it will be indicated when that item ships. Please leave us a note if you want your order to be shipped separate from back-ordered item. Orders placed that are drop shipped directly from the company will follow their shipping terms and will be communicated to you via email. 

 

Q.  What do I do if my shipped product is defective?
